Our Club is open for during times of school recess. Our normal hours for summer and off-track are from 8 am to 5 pm. Our Day Camp programs provide the quality, enriching experience your children are looking for. Please call or check the calendar for the weekly rate and dates.

After School Programs

The after school program is the primary service for our Boys & Girls Club. Currently, we provide after school services for over 160 children daily at our two facilities. 

Our Children’s Center is for youth 6 to 12 and is open for General Attendance from 2 pm until 6 pm (depending on season).

Our Teen Center is for youth 13 to 18 and is open for General Attendance from 2:30 pm to 7 pm (depending on season).

Boys & Girls Clubs (Clubs) serve over a quarter of a million children in California. Every day in communities throughout the state, children head to the Club after school, where they spend time with friends, get help with their school work, learn valuable life skills, and connect with caring adult staff, mentors and volunteers.

Athletic Leagues

The Boys & Girls Club of Palm Springs Youth Sports Program is geared towards youth ages 6-12 and high school teens ages 13-18. Registration fees are affordable to all members and no child will be denied participation.  

The Club strives to reach every child that has the desire to play in a fun, organized and safe environment. Through the use of strong role models and programs, the goal of the Club is to offer members new experiences, skill development, character building, and fitness and nutrition education.  

The Volunteer Sports staff and Volunteer Jr. Coaches are certified through the National Youth Sports Coaches Association (NYSCA). This training is crucial to the organization and development of each member that participates in the sports programs. The Club strongly believes that ALL KIDS CAN PLAY!

Seasonal youth sports program schedule:

January through March – Nothing But Net Community Basketball League played at PSHS. Sign-ups begin in November.

April – John Carlos Track & Field Meet. Sign-ups begin in February.
