Every child has the potential to be a leader. All of the Club’s programs are designed to enhance and nurture their leadership abilities while building strong character and integrity.  Our core programs include Keystone Club for 14 to 18 and Torch Club for ages 11 to13.  These programs provide leadership development activities, both in and out of the Club.  With the guidance of an adult advisor, Keystone Club members aim to positively impact teens, their Club and the community.  While with the Torch Club members, staff focuses on the special character development needs of the younger adolescents.

Youth of the Year is the Club’s premier recognition program.  Annually, Club members are eligible to compete for this title with scholarship opportunities.  The selected youth is then eligible to compete at regional and national levels.
